A member since 1994 and Master Bridal
Consultant™ since 2000, Jean Picard works with the Association to improve
professionalism in the wedding industry and to increase the recognition of
wedding professionals. Serving as the ABC California State Coordinator, she is
editor of the California branch newsletter and has made it her mission to help
members in the state take advantage of all the benefits of ABC
membership.
Recognized as an expert in her field, Jean
Picard is frequently asked for interviews and has written for and been quoted in
numerous publications, spoken to student and professional groups, and conducted
seminars. Teaching and mentoring have always been an important part of her
career in the industry. Jean is an etiquette columnist and has written many
times about ethics as well as weddings and etiquette.
